Quadro

Terms of Service

The terms for using Quadro — a free browser game with a daily leaderboard.

Quadro is a free browser game at acgame.win. By playing it or creating an account, you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use the site.

The game is free, and provided as is

There is no charge, no subscription, and no purchase of any kind. In exchange, the game comes with no warranty and no uptime guarantee. It may be unavailable, may lose data, may change, and may be discontinued. Nothing here creates an obligation to keep it running.

To the extent the law allows, Quadro's operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Your account

You may play without an account. If you create one:

Nicknames and profile pictures

Your nickname and profile picture are shown publicly on the leaderboard. Do not use content that is:

A nickname or picture that breaks this may be removed, and the account behind a repeated or serious breach may be closed.

Fair play

The daily leaderboard only means something if the times on it were played. So:

The server verifies replays where they are supplied and audits every submission. Times that fail verification are refused. Accounts that post fabricated times may have their scores removed and the account closed.

Nothing here is meant to discourage looking at how the game works. Reading the client, understanding the AI, or writing your own solver for your own interest is fine. Posting a solver's output to the public board is not.

Availability of your scores

Scores and submission records are deleted automatically after 90 days. Treat the leaderboard as a running record, not as permanent storage. If a score matters to you, keep your own copy.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the date at the bottom of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
